Moon Wisdom Membership
Eight gentle touchpoints each lunar month to help you stay connected to yourself, your intentions and the changing energy of life.
The Moon has always moved through her phases — growing, ripening, shining, releasing and beginning again.
Moon Wisdom Membership is an invitation to explore that same rhythm within yourself.
Each lunar cycle, you'll be guided through eight gentle touchpoints combining lunar wisdom, meditation, journaling, embodied practices, ritual and reflection.
Along the way, you'll receive a monthly printable journal page, along with a suggested crystal, essential oil, colour, affirmation and card to accompany you through the cycle.
Each month will look slightly different, but within a familiar rhythm — so you are held in a safe structure while, like the tides gently pushing up onto the shoreline, you reach a little beyond the edge of your comfort zone and into the growth zone.
This isn't about predicting your future or trying to make yourself fit the Moon.
It's about learning to notice, listen, respond and move with the changing energy of life — creating a deeper relationship with yourself along the way.
The Seed of Moon Wisdom
With the benefit of hindsight, I can see that the Moon has been speaking to me my whole life. I was always fascinated by her, long before I understood why — and later discovered that Cindy means moon.
120 moon cycles of lessons later, I can see how much she has taught me about living in rhythm rather than living by the clock.
Through Red Tent, astrology, meditation, yoga and healing, I began to recognise the cyclical nature of life — the ebb and flow, the expansion and contraction, the times to move forward and the times to turn inward.
This was not an easy lesson for me. I have always been something of an overachiever, and for a long time I approached the Moon with the same drive I brought to everything else: What do I need to achieve this cycle? How much can I get done? How fully can I make use of this New Moon?
And then, slowly, the Moon began teaching me something very different.
There is always another New Moon.
You don't have to do everything in one cycle. You don't have to push through every phase. There is wisdom in the ebb as well as the flow, in the pause as well as the momentum.
The Moon doesn't demand constant productivity. She reminds us that change is rhythmic.
The lunar phases have become little moonbeams lighting the way — gentle touchpoints to pause, pay attention and ask: Am I moving with the rhythm of my life, or am I pushing against it?
I don't always get it right. I still catch myself falling back into old patterns of drive, perfection and pushing. But now I can notice. I can take my foot off the accelerator, have a little laugh at myself, and remember: there is another phase coming.
And then, at a New Moon, walking a labyrinth barefoot in the sunshine on a mountain, something came together. The rhythm of the path, the quiet of the centre, the connection with the earth and sky — it brought together so many of the things I had been learning.
I realised I didn't want to simply talk about the Moon's phases. I wanted to create a way of living with them.
Moon Wisdom grew from that seed.
The Moon Phases

New Moon — Plant the Seed
A time to become still, listen inward and choose what you would like to nurture. Receive the month's energy guidance, a guided meditation, intention-setting practice, journal prompt and our group card.

Crescent — Nurture the Seed
The intention has been planted. Now we gently tend it. A short reflection and embodied practice help you stay connected to what is beginning to emerge without needing to rush it into being.

First Quarter — Take Action
The first push of growth often meets resistance. This is a moment to check in: How is your intention unfolding? What action is needed? Is it time to adjust, redirect or move forward?

Gibbous — Pause & Notice
Something is ripening. Before rushing towards the fullness of it, take a pregnant pause. Notice what emotions are bubbling beneath the surface — and where you experience them in your body.

Full Moon — Illuminate & Release
The light is brightest. What has become visible? Receive the month's Full Moon energy guidance, meditation, journal reflection, group card and a ritual for forgiveness, release or letting go of what no longer needs to be carried.

Disseminating — Integrate & Share
After the fullness comes integration. A gentle invitation to embody what you've discovered, allow the energy to move through you and share what has been learned. This may include a short moving meditation or gentle flow.

Last Quarter — Recalibrate
A time to reflect on the journey since the New Moon. What still matters? What needs releasing? Take one meaningful step towards your intention — and notice whether you are giving from your overflow or whether it's time to refill your own cup.

Balsamic — Compost & Rest
The cycle is drawing to a close. Look back over the whole lunar journey and distil the sticky sweetness of the experience. What did you learn? What can be released? What wisdom can become the compost from which your next seed will grow?
